Founder and CEO

Chris built Lenticular Solutions on a simple premise: most consultants talk over their clients' heads, send a giant invoice, and leave behind CRMs that are technically live but operationally painful. He wanted to do the opposite. Learn the actual business needs. Skip the buzzwords. Stick around long enough to see clients succeed. He cut his Salesforce teeth with roles at diverse companies in the manufacturing, aerospace, technology, live events and art spaces. He founded Mile High Dreamin', and yes, that's him at Dreamforce in the suit visible from low orbit.

Director of Administry and Automation

Emily calls herself the fairy godmother of Salesforce, and the title checks out. Her wand is a Flow, her glass slipper is a clean Experience Cloud portal, her Lightning Web Components hold up past midnight, and her specialty is turning chaotic orgs into systems that actually make sense. She leads automation and Experience Cloud work at Lenticular, runs digital strategy and marketing for Mile High Dreamin' and Dreamin in Data, and is certified in Admin and AI. If your CRM looks like a pumpkin at midnight, she's got the wand.

Principal Solution Architect

TJ is Lenticular's Principal Solution Architect, the one figuring out what your Salesforce actually needs versus what someone tried to sell you. He spent four years inside Salesforce itself before deciding he prefers building things to demoing them. Ten plus years in the platform, advanced certified, and fluent in deadpan. He'll give you exactly the solution you need with no fluff, no upsell, and the dry sense of humor to make a build review actually fun.
